- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Season chops with salt and pepper.

2Then marinate in a mixture of the other ingredients for 4 hours or overnight.

3Grill the drained chops for 6 to 8 minutes on each side for a medium rare (pink center).
