Chargrilled Octopus

- 1 whole octopus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
-
1put octopus in pot of boiling water for 20 minutes...shut flame and let sit for another 20 minutes
-
2take out of pot & cut off legs as close to head as possible
-
3remove any loose skin with hand & wash under water
-
4slice up legs into half inch pieces
-
5put into bowl...with olive oil ..minced garlic & salt & let marinade for up to hour
-
6place on grill on high flames for a couple minutes on each side
-
7put in bowl & squeeze fresh lemon & serve with italian bread
