  • 1 tsp (oil for turkey)
  • 1/2 packages chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 diced roma tomatoe
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 finely diced jalapeno
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 2 cup long grain rice
  • 3 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp beef bullion
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 can drained corn

Directions

    heat beef broth, beef bullion & water in a pot let come to a boil turn off.

    add 1tsp oil, bacon & onion and jalapeno to pan cook down about 6minutes add tomatoes and cilantro and cook another 2-3minutes.

    set aside till you need.

    add oil & rice to pan with all seasonings, fry till rice turns a light golden color add in your bacon mix, corn & half your broth cover with lid simmer on med/low add seasonings & broth as needed till rice is cooked about 18-25 minutes depending on temperature.

    do not stir just poke.
