  • 1 tsp. meat extract
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter

    Combine wine, meat extract and lemon juice.

    Simmer until liquid is reduced to 1/2 of amount.

    Add parsley and butter.
