  • 1 cup rice grain
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 deciliter olive oil
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 knob butter
  • 1 slice bacon 0.5 cm thick
  • corn optional

    Stir the rice in olive oil for 5 minutes and then add hot water.

    Season with salt and cook over low heat.

    However, cook the peas and corn separately in salted water.

    When the vegetables are cooked, strain the water and set aside.

    Beat the eggs.

    Put the knob of butter into a non-stick frying pan, add the eggs and keep stirring .

    Cut the bacon into small cubes and saute them in a frying pan.
