- 2 sq. bitter chocolate
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- angel food cake, cubed
- whipped cream
Directions

1Melt chocolate squares in 3/4 cup boiling water.

2Add Knox gelatine which was dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.

3Leave this mixture cool.

4Beat egg yolks and add sugar.

5Beat well, then beat egg whites stiff and fold into chocolate mixture and pour over cubed angel food cake.

6Mix well.
-
7Put into torte pan.

8Chill and top with Cool Whip.
