Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 6 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinless
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (2 3/4 oz.) bag chopped pork rinds, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Saute mushrooms in 4 tablespoons butter until well browned.

    Add heavy cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.

    Remove from heat and place in freezer until mixture becomes solid.

    Remove from freezer and slice into 12 equal pieces.
