- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Bring cheese and butter to room temperature.

2Beat cheese and butter with electric mixer until combined.

3Add milk, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

4Beat until smooth. Pack in a container.

5Refrigerate at least 6 hours.

6Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
