  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Bring cheese and butter to room temperature.

    Beat cheese and butter with electric mixer until combined.

    Add milk, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

    Beat until smooth. Pack in a container.

    Refrigerate at least 6 hours.

    Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
