- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Parkay margarine, melted
- 2 c. (8 oz.) 100% natural Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add eggs, milk and margarine; mix well.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.

6Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
