  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. Parkay margarine, melted
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) 100% natural Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add eggs, milk and margarine; mix well.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
