  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oleo, soft but not melted
  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 pkg.(4 oz. each) chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • additional 1 c. Cool Whip for final topping

    Combine flour, oleo and walnuts; mix well.

    Pat mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip over baked and cooled crust. Blend pudding and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread another cup of Cool Whip over entire mixture and chill before serving.
