Cheddar Artichoke Puffs

- 1/2 c. light mayo
- 3/4 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
- 1/8 t. garlic salt
- 1/8 t. lemon pepper
- 1 jar drained chopped marinated artichokes
- 1 pkg. thawed puff pastry dough
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients well.

2Cut pastry into 2 inch squares.

3Top each square with 1 tablespoon mixture.

4Top mixture with another pastry square.

5Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Place on a well greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with fancy toothpicks.
