Cheddar Artichoke Puffs

  • 1/2 c. light mayo
  • 3/4 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
  • 1/8 t. garlic salt
  • 1/8 t. lemon pepper
  • 1 jar drained chopped marinated artichokes
  • 1 pkg. thawed puff pastry dough

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients well.

    Cut pastry into 2 inch squares.

    Top each square with 1 tablespoon mixture.

    Top mixture with another pastry square.

    Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Place on a well greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with fancy toothpicks.
