- Cheddar Basil Biscuits
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (rubbed between the palms of your hands to release flavor)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Biscuits: Combine Bisquick, milk, cheddar cheese and basil, beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds.

2Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Smooth tops down with spoon.

3Bake in 450-degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

4While the biscuits are still on the cookie sheet, combine butter and garlic powder and pour over hot biscuits.

5Serve.
