  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning (Old Bay Or Zatarains)
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder

  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 1/4 cups Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning (Old Bay Or Zatarains)
  • Parsley, For Topping

Directions

    Mix biscuit mix, milk, cheese, 2 Tablespoons of melted butter, Creole (Bay) seasoning, garlic powder in a bowl.

    Drop spoonfulls of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Melt 1/4 cup of butter and add in a teaspoon each of garlic powder and Old Bay. Stir well. Brush this 'glaze' over each biscuit. Sprinkle with Parsley.

    Bake 425 for 8-10 minutes.
