- 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded American processed cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. chilli powder
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1In a food processor combine Cheddar, American and cream cheese, buttermilk, Worcester sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder.

2Process until smooth.

3Remove the mixture and pat into a ball.

4Cover in plastic wrap, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Combine chilli and paprika on a plate.

5Mix well.

6Roll cheese balls in mixture until well coated.
