- 3 c. egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix noodles, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and pepper in large bowl.

3Place cream cheese, cottage cheese and eggs in blender or food processor fitted with steel blade.

4Cover; blend until smooth.

5Add to noodle mixture; mix lightly.

6Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.

8Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
