  • 2 cups potato and leek soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • freshly ground nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups medium cheddar or 2 cups old cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
