  • 2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. cubed carrots
  • 1/2 c. cubed celery
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • salt and pepper

    Simmer veggies and seasonings until tender.

    Do not drain. Make a white sauce with flour and milk.
