  • 2 c. potatoes
  • 1/4 c. carrots
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded or sharp
  • 1 c. ham, cooked or 8 strips fried bacon
