  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. thawed frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 egg whites
