- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 7 or 8 oz. fish, cooked and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 oz. Cheddar cheese (low-fat), shredded
- 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part skim), shredded
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except fish.

3Place in a dish coated with nonstick spray.

4Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
