  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 7 or 8 oz. fish, cooked and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 oz. Cheddar cheese (low-fat), shredded
  • 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part skim), shredded

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except fish.

    Add fish and mix gently.

    Place in a dish coated with nonstick spray.

    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
