Cheddar Herb Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs ( parsley, basil, chives etc)
  • 30g butter

Directions

    Whisk together, egg mixture, 3/4 of the cheese and herbs.

    Melt butter in frying pan, pour in omelette mixture.
  3. 3
    Cook until set on the base.

    Gently lift up the sides of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan, allowing the unset mixture to run under underneath.

    Continue until omelette is cooked.
  6. 6
    Roll up and serve topped with remaining cheese, toast and pan fried mushrooms.
