Cheddar Herb Omelette

- 3 eggs, lightly beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs ( parsley, basil, chives etc)
- 30g butter
Directions

1Whisk together, egg mixture, 3/4 of the cheese and herbs.

2Melt butter in frying pan, pour in omelette mixture.

3Cook until set on the base.

4Gently lift up the sides of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan, allowing the unset mixture to run under underneath.

5Continue until omelette is cooked.

6Roll up and serve topped with remaining cheese, toast and pan fried mushrooms.
