  • 8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves--Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (absolutely NO margarine)
  • 1 Cup Milk (add more if necessary while mixing)
  • 3-5 Pieces Cooked Bacon--chopped into small pieces
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper
