- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 13 cup milk
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 13 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1 quart green beans
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Mix meat, 3/4 cup cheese, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, onion and egg.

2Shape into small balls.

3Combine flour, salt and pepper.

4Layer half of potatoes, half of beans.

5Sprinkle with flour mixture and remaining cheese and then put remaining potatoes and beans on top.

6Mix soup and milk and pour over vegetables.

7Top with meatballs.

8Bake at 300F for 2 hours or longer.
