- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup polenta
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

2Bring broth to simmer in medium saucepan.

3Gradually stir in polenta; cook 5 min.

4or until mixture thickens and pulls away from side of pan, stirring frequently.

5Stir in Parmesan; spoon into prepared pan.

6Smooth top.

7Cool to room temperature.

8Refrigerate 30 min.

10Heat broiler.

11Remove polenta from pan.

12Cut into 8 pieces; cut each piece diagonally in half.

13Place on parchment paper-covered baking sheet; top with cheddar.
