  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 13 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups firmly packed grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine the flours, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

    In another bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the applesauce and milk.

    Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir vigorously until completely mixed.

    Stir in the cheese and optional dill.
