  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary (Minced)
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. Red Chili
  • Pepper Flakes to Taste
  • 5 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 1/3 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter (Melted)

    1. Preheat oven to 400°.

    Use an ungreased baking sheet. 2. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, rosemary, chili pepper flakes, and cheese in a bowl stirring with a fork to mix well until the dough holds together. 3. Lightly flour a board and transfer dough to it.

    Form the dough into a ball but don't over handle. Flatten dough to 3/4 inch thick disc. 4. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.

    Brush with butter. 5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
