- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Drain spinach well on absorbent paper.

2Toss cheese with flour. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.

3Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Garnish with additional bacon if desired.
