  • 2 cups unbleached flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, Sharp, Shredded
  • 12 cup onion, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pimientos, Chopped
  • 23 cup milk

    Combine the dry ingredients, then cut the butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
