  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 800 g Quark
  • 50 g cheddar cheese (preferably Irish)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Crush the quark and mix it well with flour, eggs and finely grated cheddar.

    If the dough is too dry, add water.

    Grate or powder the tomatoes and mix it with pepper.

    Lay the dough flat and roll it out.

    Sprinkle it with tomatoes and pepper, fold it twice and roll again.

    Flatten and cut on the bias into chunks about 2 inches long.

    Boil in salted water about 10-15 minutes, then drain and serve with a teaspoon of butter on top.
