- 3 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 800 g Quark
- 50 g cheddar cheese (preferably Irish)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Crush the quark and mix it well with flour, eggs and finely grated cheddar.

2If the dough is too dry, add water.

3Grate or powder the tomatoes and mix it with pepper.

4Lay the dough flat and roll it out.

5Sprinkle it with tomatoes and pepper, fold it twice and roll again.

6Flatten and cut on the bias into chunks about 2 inches long.

7Boil in salted water about 10-15 minutes, then drain and serve with a teaspoon of butter on top.
