Ingredients: 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated; 8 oz. cream cheese; 7 oz. can Spam, drained, low salt; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 4 green onion tops, chopped fine; 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine; 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce; 3/4 c. chopped pecans

7 oz. can Spam, drained, low salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 green onion tops, chopped fine
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Grate Spam and combine all ingredients except pecans.

Mix well and roll into a log shape or ball.

Then roll in chopped pecans.

Serve on platter with your choice of greenery, such as lettuce, endive, parsley, etc. as garnish.
