  • 2 slices Swiss cheese (each 7 x 4-inch)
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. cooked, chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. pkg.)
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (5 oz.) can ham, chicken or turkey
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell.

    Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and meat. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
