Ingredients: 2 slices Swiss cheese (each 7 x 4-inch); 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell; 1/2 c. cooked, chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. pkg.); 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms; 1 (5 oz.) can ham, chicken or turkey; 3 eggs, beaten; 1 c. half and half; 2 tsp. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1 c. half and half
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell.

Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and meat. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
