  • 1/3 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 1 c. thawed frozen peas
  • 1 c. shredded nonfat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

    In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cheese and onion; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 1 to 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with the bacon.
