Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • chili powder

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until well blended.

    Add onions, beef, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Mix well.

    Make into a ball.

    Sprinkle chili powder on wax paper. Roll cheese ball into it until the whole ball is covered.

    Cover bowl.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    (Serve with crackers.)
