  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz.), shredded
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento (4 oz.), drained
  • 1 tsp. rum or sherry
  • 1/4 c. olives, drained
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix well cream and Cheddar cheese.

    Add mayonnaise, rum or sherry, Worcestershire and salts.

    Add pimento and olives.

    Chill 1 hour.

    Roll into ball.
