- 2 (5 oz.) jars Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Roka Blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- dash of garlic salt
- chopped nuts or parsley
Directions

1Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature.

2Combine with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.

3Refrigerate about 1 hour (or overnight).

4Shape 3 balls (or can make 100 walnut size). Roll in chopped nuts or chopped parsley.
