  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (5 oz.) jars Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Roka Blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • dash of garlic salt
  • chopped nuts or parsley

Directions

    Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature.

    Combine with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.

    Refrigerate about 1 hour (or overnight).

    Shape 3 balls (or can make 100 walnut size). Roll in chopped nuts or chopped parsley.

    Can be frozen.
