Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix cream cheese with fork until smooth.

    Gradually add remaining ingredients except for 1 cup of the nuts.

    Shape into ball.

    (It will be very moist.)

    Roll in remaining cup of nuts and cover with Saran Wrap.

    Refrigerate overnight.
