- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Mix pineapple and nuts; cut in a blender until consistency of soft butter.

3Mix room warm cheese and all other ingredients except parsley.

4Mix thoroughly with hands and place in small round bowl that has been sprayed with Pam. Refrigerate overnight.

5Take chilled ball out.

6Roll in parsley flakes and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
