  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions

    Drain pineapple.

    Mix pineapple and nuts; cut in a blender until consistency of soft butter.

    Mix room warm cheese and all other ingredients except parsley.

    Mix thoroughly with hands and place in small round bowl that has been sprayed with Pam. Refrigerate overnight.

    Take chilled ball out.

    Roll in parsley flakes and return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
