- 1 can chili beef soup
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1In a medium bowl with a mixer at low speed or in food processor, beat or process beef soup, salsa, Cheddar cheese and hot pepper sauce until as smooth as possible.

2Cover and chill overnight.

3On waxed paper, place chopped walnuts.

4Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in coating until well coated.

5Serve with crackers.

6Makes 1 ball, about 16 servings.
