- 3 tbsp. dry sherry
- 3 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Oriental dark-roasted sesame oil
Directions

1Combine dry sherry, soy sauce, wine vinegar, hoisin sauce and ginger; mix well.

2Reserve 1/3 cup sherry mixture for marinade in a Japanese Steak Salad.

3To prepare dressing, combine remaining sherry mixture with water, green onion, sugar and sesame oil; mix well.
