- 1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. onion juice
- 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.

2Crumble Bleu cheese and grate sharp Cheddar cheese.

3You may use cheese bits in place of sharp cheese if desired.

4Mix together then add onion juice, pineapple juice and chopped pimento.

5Roll cheese mixture into balls and coat with parsley flakes.

6Chill and serve.
