  • 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (save 1/4 c. to roll)
  • 1/8 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix all (but 1/4 cup chopped nuts) and shape in ball.

    Wrap in plastic wrap; freeze for 15 minutes.

    Remove; roll in remaining nuts.

    Store overnight in refrigerator.
