- 8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 clove garlic
- Italian seasoning
- parsley
- oregano
- 1/2 hot pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Shred the Cheddar cheese and let stand until softened.

2Cream together with softened cream cheese.

3Add chopped red pepper, chopped green pepper, garlic and hot pepper.

4(Drain off excess juice before adding to cheese.)

5Add smidgen Italian seasoning, parsley and oregano.

6Add couple drops Worcestershire sauce.

7Blend with mixer.

8Shape on plate and refrigerate.
