  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 block sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • dash of salt
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In blender chop well, bell pepper, onion, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

    Blend in cheeses.

    Mix well.

    Roll into ball.

    Chill.

    Roll in nuts.

    Serve with crackers.
