Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Bleu cheese
  • 2 (5 oz.) glasses sharp cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Soften cheeses to room temperature and combine.

    Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce, half of the pecans and half the parsley. Form into a ball and roll in remaining nuts and parsley.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with snack crackers.
