Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. medium or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Kraft Monterey Jack cheese (with peppers), grated
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. each soy sauce and Tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

    Soften cream cheese; add grated cheeses.

    Mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients (except pecans) and form into ball or log. Roll in pecans and refrigerate.
