- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. onion, shredded
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (can use dry)
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, drained and chopped
- 2/3 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Soften cream cheese in small mixing bowl.

2Beat with electric beater.

3Beat into the cheese next 8 ingredients until mixture is creamy.

4Stir in parsley and pimento (can omit parsley at this point).

5Cover and refrigerate several hours or until cheese mixture is firm enough to handle.

6Shape into a ball.

7Coat evenly with pecans and parsley.
