Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp. onion, shredded
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (can use dry)
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 c. pecans, chopped

    Soften cream cheese in small mixing bowl.

    Beat with electric beater.

    Beat into the cheese next 8 ingredients until mixture is creamy.

    Stir in parsley and pimento (can omit parsley at this point).

    Cover and refrigerate several hours or until cheese mixture is firm enough to handle.

    Shape into a ball.

    Coat evenly with pecans and parsley.
