  • 1 jar Roka Blue cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic salt

    Mix all together well.

    Place in small serving bowl and top with chopped nuts, if desired.

    Or, place cheese on a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper and shape in ball.
