  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, cut up, drained well
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 oz. pecans, finely chopped
  • parsley, finely chopped

Directions

    Combine all but nuts and parsley.

    Divide in half.

    Roll into balls.

    Roll one ball in nuts, the other in parsley.
