  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped fine (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic seasoning salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup pecans.

    Chill slightly. Shape into ball on plate.

    Cover outside of ball with chopped pecans.
