Ingredients

  • 5 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons onion juice (grated and strained)
  • 12 lb pecans, chopped
  • garlic salt, to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except for pecans, with electric mixer.

    Add 1/2 of the pecans, shaved fine.

    Form into ball, place in a bowl wich has been lined with waxed paper.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Remove 1 1/2 hours before serving.

    With rolling pin crush remaining pecans between 2 pieces of waxed paper and roll ball until covered.

    Garnish with parsley.
